To download and install Office, go to the Office Portal. Users are responsible for any personal ISP/cellular data charges arising from downloading the Office suite of applications. This service is provided at no cost to eligible users. Alumni are not eligible for this service. Retired faculty and staff are eligible for this service. Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise is available to all current students, faculty and staff of Queen's University with an active Queen's NetID email account. Applications that seamlessly connect with Microsoft 365 applications and services such as SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams. Always up-to-date versions of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint for Windows or Mac, OneNote ( features vary), Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Access and Publisher (PC only). Installation on up to five PCs or Macs, five tablets devices (Windows, iPad, Android), and five mobile devices with Office Mobile per user - a total of fifteen devices. A full, installed Office experience across PCs, Macs, Windows tablets and iPad and Android tablets, and most mobile devices. Office for the web apps are included and provide access to web versions of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. This subscription-based service provides faculty, students and staff with the latest versions of Microsoft Office for use on their PCs, Macs, tablets, and phones at no cost. Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise (formerly Office 365 ProPlus) is a full version of Office designed to work Microsoft 365 applications and services. Office 365 ProPlus is now Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise. It is now located in our Knowledge Base within our Service Portal.
